Moruya Jazz Festival

The 14th Moruya Jazz Festival

15,16,17th October 2010

This charming heritage town on the beautiful south coast of NSW is home each year to one of the most affordable festivals in Australia.

The annual Moruya Jazz Festival is a three day music spectacular taking jazz to the pubs, clubs, streets, restaurants and parks of Moruya.

Here musicians and audiences mingle in the many venues, enjoying the eclectic mix of music, performance, and country-style hospitality.

By popular demand the 2010 line-up includes the return of great favourites. Festival patron Mike Hallam's Hot Six, Al Davey and the MonSTARS, Wizard and Oz and the hugely popular Waiting for Guinness will be leading the push. Jan Preston will also delight audiences with her strong boogie woogie vocal and piano style.

The Festival of Voice which was so successful last year, will again provide an exciting opportunity for individual singers, small ensembles and choirs to transform the venues with their lively, joyful vocal performances.

It is a vibrant, exciting celebration of all that is jazz!
